Step 1: Thawing
Where we begin is of course the main culprit. of all ruined cuts of steak is heat. Always make sure they're full thawed out, and once thawed, make sure you take them out of the fridge at least half an hour before anything else, ideally at least half an hour before cooking
Step 2: Seasoning
A key part to a perfectly cooked steak is giving it a glaze of rapeseed oil to minimize your cuts of meat sticking to the grill. Then season them with salt and freshly ground pepper., or if you have a certain steak spice you like to use feel free to spread that on there.
