5 Steps To Get A Perfect Barbecued Steak Every time

5 steps to get a perfect barbecued steak every time

The type of meat that we all know and love. You pick the cut, your cooking method, and whatever flavoring or marinade that reaches out to you, and you get lost in the heat and aroma...Only all of a sudden its cooking too fast, and you notice its drying up and turning burnt. You check the temperature its not even close to being done. Its now too far gone and now your back to eating the same old mediocre steak.. Well not to worry.. Today were going over the 5 key steps to a perfectly grilled steak. So that never happens to your precious cuts again.

Lets Visit The 5 Key Steps To A Perfect Steak

Step 1: Thawing

Where we begin is of course the main culprit. of all ruined cuts of steak is heat. Always make sure they're full thawed out, and once thawed, make sure you take them out of the fridge at least half an hour before anything else, ideally at least half an hour before cooking

Step 2: Seasoning

A key part to a perfectly cooked steak is giving it a glaze of rapeseed oil to minimize your cuts of meat sticking to the grill. Then season them with salt and freshly ground pepper., or if you have a certain steak spice you like to use feel free to spread that on there.

Step 3: Grilling

It is now time to throw your perfectly prepped steaks on the grill. Using tongs, set them on the grill. Make sure to flip them a couple times and grill the sides, a lot of people forget that grilling the edges traps in the juices and the flavoring even more, flip them a few times to make sure they’re sealed all over.

Step 4: Temperature And Timing

Follow the timing limits provided for however you prefer your steak cooked.
